Keep your HEC in Check! What???
I just heard one of the best interviews I’ve heard in a long time, and I had to share it! And these pearls are all things that I have found to be true for myself during this wisdom-necessary time in life, MENOPAUSE.
I won’t give too much commentary on the interview because Dr. Jade Tita says it very well. I encourage you to listen and learn these very practical tips for success in your golden years.
A few key words that will come up as you listen are – “movement and mindfulness.” Sound familiar to any of you? Notice I didn’t say “exercise” and “busyness.”
