—— What Transformation Users Have to Say! ——–
“I loved it!!! My heart connected with this format, even in just reading it. This is so anointed. I got teary eyed as I read the questions and how I am right now walking thru unhealthy eating and emotional patterns, with God’s help. (And I feel that anyone could go through this exercise, regardless of their beliefs.)
The questions (helped to) locate (the areas of concern in) me, (giving me insight into the issues that I am currently wrestling with). (The greatest benefit of this exercise for me, personally was) getting to the root issues (not just the surface) and (discovering) how they affect my everyday life, (and) finding the courage to make the change.
I think (this resource) is a great way to connect the dots in people’s lives and help them to become more aware of their behaviors, definitely! (It could also be used as) an entry format to help you (as a Health Coach/Trainer) establish (a client’s) health issues and then guide them along the way, as you did with me (during our consultation).
Most people are too busy to quiet themselves to hear what is really going on on the inside. I see this as a wonderful tool to discover the inner man and it’s thoughts and beliefs. I don’t feel (that most) people know how to process foundations that are broken and cracked, (and this resource could provide information and an experience that they have not had before–empowering them towards their desired change).
I love how you began with the (emotional) triggers and then what follows them. I also LOVED the affirmations you gave throughout the worksheet; I live my life through speaking words of LIFE over myself and others. I also appreciated how you communicated thru your writing, for me to breathe, pray (or do what I am comfortable with), and be at a relaxed state while meditating on the questions before answering. I liked how you asked a question, then explained more in detail your questions, to help me go deep to GET to the real answer. The real issue. I want to go through this process (with the transformation tool). Wholeness is a lifelong journey.”

You really make it seem so easy together with your presentation but
I in finding this matter to be really something that I believe I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I am looking
forward to your next post, I’ll attempt to get
the dangle of it!
Brain Fire, what is it that you are finding difficult to understand? Is it the concept that true change is possible, or is there something else that is hard to grasp?
Heck of a job there, it abslluteoy helps me out.
